Today was the first day of tropical dermato…..I mentioned before that we had to walk a 15 minutes walk to reach the hospital…..here’s some of the pictures….
Here, we passed by a park here….it was so muddy cause all the snow was melting, and result of that, water mixed with sand.
We could see the water covering the ground……
Water all over the place~ hahaha….

In the evening, I went to gym! With Teo…..hohoho..want to keep fit! Had went it once last time and it feels good when you sweat…so I decided to go around 3 times a week ….ohohoho…..the gym is just in the university compound….opposite our hostel…
Go in through the gate opposite the road there…
Walk straight …to the building in front…which is the gym…
That door there is the entrance..
Enter it, there’s a few doors in front, so enter and enter….
Passed through a group of Russian doing aerobic dance…
We had to change our jacket here….and our short too..and also during winter, we got to change our shoes too before we can use the gym…
The gym is divided into 4 parts…the first part is the place where Russian doing aerobic dance…last few pictures…..

Me on the running machine..what is the exact term for it ah?? Argh..forgot…

Where you can play hoop, some aerobic steps, and ‘lompat tali’ (rope jumping? Hahaha)
This is the last part, for heavier exercise……
Went to gym for around 1 hour, then went back to hostel, got ready for cell group…

29th Feb, Friday
This morning was a bit cold, that’s why all the previously lake of water had frozen. .not totally freezed, only the superficial ..haha…
Some of the pictures…..there were small amount of snows on the ground too..
After the class, we went to the so called Chemistry building, cause last time we used to have our chemistry class in that building…forgot to take the picture of the building…hahaha..but took some of the pictures inside the cafeteria….here it is…
It is situated underground there, thus we had to take the stairs down to the cafeteria….but when we reached there, the door wasn’t opened yet, so we waited for a while, after a few minutes, more and more Russian came and join us there…at around 12pm, the door opened, everyone went into and got a sit and queue up for the foods~
See the queue? Quite long queue, around 12pm to 12.30pm is the most busiest time, cause it is the lunch time…so we got to come here early, if not we had to queue up a long queue..haha..
Take our tray, spoon and fork…..First section, beverages….the drinks are very nice…it is some kind of fruit drinks….water boiled with the dry fruits….going to try to make it next time…cheap oso..around 2 roubles per glass..
See the weighing machine there? they weigh every foods….cause the prices are set according to the weigh…
Salads section…after they weigh it, they will put it here for us to take…
This section consists of breads, soups, fried rice (sometime replace by others grains food according to the daily menu), mashed potato, chicken, nuggets and etc.
They will scoop it for you and place it at the side there for you to take…
This was what I took for lunch…all of it cost me 21.40 roubles..cheap? quite cheap ho..ahahaha..that’s why this is my groupmates’ favourite cafeteria….big amount of foods with cheap price..ahhaha..
After you finish..you got to put back the tray and your empty bowl at the counter there…..and then you can leave the cafeteria…haha….
